River City Ransom (NES) Review

River City Ransom is the best NES game ever made, and that's saying a lot!This game has it all: action, violence, humor, RPG elements, replayability...the list just keeps going.Yes, the story is cheesy, and you have to wonder where all the cops are during the street fights, but that just adds to the classic dimension of this game.IF you like chubby teenage boys beating the crap out of each other with pipes and chains, then this is the game for you.The game is best played in the two player mode.And if you don't like the person you're playing with, you can beat them up and take their money.Fun huh! Be sure to check out all the stores.You could play this game for months and still not buy everything.It's amazing for an NES game.You can throw tires and then ride them, you can throw weapons...the play control is incredible when compared with other fighting games like Double Dragon, which is a good game, but not even in the same league with RCR.Whenever you're angry at the world, just turn this game on and beat on some gang members.You're sure to feel better.
