The Goonies 2 is a genuine classic in the gaming world.It is one of the many reasons as to why the NES was so great.The story is that the The villians from the movie have escaped from prision and have captured a mermaid.The Goonies go to rescue her and end up being captured.As Mikey you have to rescue the others as well as the mermaid.You explore an abandoned mansion as well as caverns all throughout a huge game gathering weapons and items to help you. You also run into monks living in the caverns who either provide items or give out information.You even run into a cheesey super hero known as Captain Konami.
Overall this is a geniune classic and a must own for any gaming library.
