Hey guys/gals/gamers,Contra Force---I gotta admit, I didn't even know this game existed...Probably because it was released so close to the SNES release.In short, I had my SNES and hardly cared about new games for NES like many other kid-gamers out there.
Anyways, this game is your basic simultaneous player-tactical game, with original characters Mad Dog & Scorpion and 2 new other characters to play with.
I thought the game held up to the high standards set by Konami gamemakers, BUT, the main disappointment I hold with this game is that the gameplay SSSSLLLLOOOWWWSS...Almost to a screeching-halt sometimes and when it repeats, you get filled with rage and yet, excitement at the same time because you just want to play through the game, conquer it, so you can brag to all your friends that you just beat the most unknown Contra game in existence!!Overall, 4 stars.
